PAIT Group is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative.  The primary role of the Inside Sales Representative is to act as the first point of contact for customers who directly reach out to PAIT Group. This role provides sales support in terms of qualifying the customer, documenting critical details of the sales process in our CRM system, creating sales documents that will be distributed to the potential customer, as well as continuing the customer relationship for repeated business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries on potential business and qualify if these inquires should proceed along the sales pipeline  
  • Communication is conducted through a variety of lines such as phone and e-mail. 
  • Assist and support Sales in the creation of Sales Order Documents, Agreements, and Statements of Work. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file any relevant documents inside our Sales CRM (Hubspot). 
  • Ensure proper information of newly signed customers are passed along to the delivery team. 
  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust through open and proactive communication.  
  • Manage complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits. Follow up to ensure an adequate resolution has been provided 

Experience and Skills:

  • 1 -2 years of Customer Service/Sales experience in an office environment (excluding retail) 
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. 
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 is a plus 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required 
  • Enjoys fast-paced, ever-changing environment as the company grows 
  • Strong understanding of project prioritization with ability to re-prioritize on the fly 
  • Results-oriented 
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking 
  • Self-starter/able to work without extensive management oversight 
  • Start-up company mentality (“no job too small”) 

This full-time position is based in PAIT Group's Cincinnati, OH headquarters office.
